Those who start learning more about braiding, will probably do so for one of these two reasons: they have long hair and want to braid their own hair and they want to learn to braid, because they have a sister / daughter.
The last group can be further divided into the younger sister / daughter and the older sister / daughter. Is there a difference? Yes, absolutely! An older sister / daughter won't like ribbons and bows in her hair for school as much and two cute little pigtails are absolutely not done either when you're a little older (according to the girls!).
The youngest sisters / daughters usually like all of the braids. Their favorite braids are of course the ones that look like a princess. This creates a challenge for those who are braiding their hair as cartoon hair is difficult to copy. Luckily this young audience isn't that critical yet and they will already love the idea of looking like a princess. The most requested princess braids at the moment? Anna and Elsa braids from Frozen of course!
