How to: Lace braids from the middle

You'll need:

Two small elastics

Two big elastics

Bobby pins, if necessary

How to do this hairstyle?

1. Part the hair just off centre.
2. Take a small section of hair from the end of the part on one side, so from the middle of the head.
3. Now start a lace braid. Only add hair from the side closest to the part, not on the other side!
4. Braid towards the front of the head. Make sure you're only adding in hair from the side closest to the part.
5. When you've reached the front of the head, continue braiding without adding in hair. Finish off with a small elastic.
6. Repeat step 2 through 5 on the other side of the part.
7. Gather all of the hair and braids together and create a messy bun with the two big elastics and bobby pins, if necessary.
